If the terminal is connected, the signal can be seen in the status bar of the terminal and also in the Dashboard of the Switchio Pay application, the status Online is in the top bar (see the image below).
If the terminal is Offline, no operations can be performed and must be resolved as soon as possible. Offline status is most often caused by a loss of WLAN signal or data (in the case of using provider data). This is indicated by the fact that the signal strength cannot be seen in the status bar of the terminal (see image below).
In the case of a functional signal and an application in the "Offline" state, it is necessary to contact the helpdesk (technical support provider). There is a possible failure of the authorization system.
